Welcome Back to nwetown

Logging in to your nwetown account is straightforward — all you need is your registered email or phone number and the password you set during registration. Within seconds, you'll be in the nwetown game lobby ready to play.

While the process is straightforward, nwetown takes login security very seriously. Every login attempt is monitored by our security system. If we detect unusual activity — such as a login attempt from a new location or unrecognised device — we will send you an immediate alert.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Nwetown encourages all players to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. With 2FA, every login requires an additional OTP code sent to your phone number — even if someone knows your password, they cannot access your account without your mobile device.

To enable 2FA, go to Security Settings in your nwetown account after logging in for the first time. Activation takes less than 2 minutes and adds a highly effective extra layer of protection.

Forgot Your Password? Don't Panic

If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address and nwetown will send a reset link valid for 15 minutes. Check your spam folder if the email hasn't arrived within 5 minutes.

If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact the nwetown support team via Live Chat with your identity verification details ready. Our team will help restore account access through a secure verification process.
